I’m 6’4” and 280#s. The 3X fits great. I always have trouble with sleeves being long enough however there are no issues with these. I have 2.

Spent about 5 hours in the sun on a family kayak trip w/o no sun screen….and no burning. It moves and stretches w/o feeling tight, breathes great (some of the other ‘rash guard’ shirts feel like you are wearing a garbage bag) and dries quick after stopping for a dip in the river.
