The terrors of war are unbearable for some of our nation's soldiers and veterans. Scrutiny, lack of support, and misunderstanding, are significant contributors to the sense of despair and hopelessness that is prevalent among many of those who have served our nation. As a result of this, as many as 22 veterans per day take their own lives. Veterans should not be dying, after putting their lives on the line in service to our country's freedom. Those who have served deserve only the best support that is available, especially in terms of psychiatric and medical care. They should be honored and protected. For this reason, Nine Line hopes to raise awareness of the severity of this issue.
Just recently, the 22 a day epidemic hit home for Nine Line, and we are saddened to say we have lost one of our own. He was an employee, a former Army Ranger, and a friend. In the wake of this tragedy, we have decided to donate proceeds from the sale of our 22 a Day design to the victim's family, the wife and baby girl he left behind.
We want to take this opportunity to tell all of you who might be struggling or hurting right now, that you are not alone. Reach out to a friend, a battle buddy, or even call a veteran support hotline (our friends at 22 Until None are always standing by: 866-254-9961). There is ALWAYS another option.
We are our brothers' keeper, and we shall not abandon them.

I came across your website and ordered a 22 shirt. I would like to thank you for making people aware of the issue. Im not sure I can keep it together to explain the 22 to others as I lost my son 8 years ago to this issue. He was A/2/75th yrs prior. Vietnam was 50 years ago for me and I never thought the issue would become
personal to our family also.
I got my shirt and it looks great but I'm 6'1" and the shirt, like most t-shirts I own, after the first wash is too short for me to wear. I would buy more shirts like it if they came in tall sizes. Other than that it is a great shirt and a great cause.
My whole family received their shirts and we are proud and honored to wear them. My husband is a veteran and my father-in-law served in Vietnam so this is very close to our hearts. We absolutely love our shirts and I am looking to order more! I am also spreading the word! Bless you and God bless our veterans.
I received my two 22 t's yesterday and I am impressed by the quality and how soft the material feels.
As the daughter of, wife of and mother of, three awesome U.S.M.C. veterans, I understand the effect that being in the service can take on you, especially after you leave the military.
Thank you for bringing this tragedy to the forefront so people can be made more aware of it.
I am looking forward to proudly wearing this shirt and will definitely order from your company again.
Everyone ask whats 22? And after you tell someone the meaning and story behind it, they can not believe it . A great shirt to show your support for our vets and make people aware of this situation. Another great shirt form you all. Thanks again
