My husband had just gotten a job with law enforcement. He was working his first night shift and I was at home searching the internet for a quote that would help me cope without my best friend being by my side, thats when I came across this amazing sweater! Just weeks earlier he had talked about how he wanted to get this as a tattoo with his cousin so you could imagine my excitement when I found a sweater with the logo on it. I had order it and patiently waited, a week had went by and it hadnt shipping yet I called the customer service and they were not sure why it hadnt, said they would call me back and let me know why. I never got a call back but I did get an email confirming the order had shipped. I waited another week and half for the sweater to come before I got it. I had shipped it to my PO Box and was surprised when UPS called me and said they had to hold it because they couldnt ship to a PO BOX. I thought to myself why would the website let me ship to my PO if it wasnt aloud? By the time I got the sweater I opened and it was perfect, everything I hoped for and more. He gets home & I give it to him & its to BIG!!!!! Geez, has this been a process. The size was completely my fault, so I called customer service and wanted to ship it back for another size the rep went on to tell me they would need me to ship back to sweater first and then once the received it they would ship out the new one. When I told her all the trouble I had went through she was so apologetic and said that she would gift me the sweater we had already received and she would send out another one that was the right size. I am so impressed with this company and their willingness to make things right for the customer, at first I was upset but they defiantly made up for that in the end. We will forever shop with Nine Line! Thank you for the amazing customer service & the product is so worth buying!!!! (Sorry for such a long story)
I purchased this hoodie as a birthday gift for my husband, and he loved it!! I heard about this website, and what it stands for, and that made me want this goodie even more. My husband really likes it because it's lightweight, so if you're looking for a warm hoodie, this may not be for you. The quality is great.
This hoodie is very soft and comfortable to wear. The graphics look good. The first day I wore it I had some random lady comment on it. My only complaint is that yhe Thin Blue Line on the back is a really dark and dull blue so you barely notice it. I was hoping to get a brighter blue.
I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it and it fits perfectly. This was our first order from Nine Line and it definitely won't be our last.

What does your logo mean?
In the military, the term Nine Line is a distress call. It is often the difference between life and death and symbolizes the trust our servicemen and women have for one another.

Why is your flag backwards?
Our Army has the flag retreating portrayed on their uniform, implying that we are always moving forward into battle and never backwards.
The blue field of stars on the American Flag should always be in the highest position of honor.
When viewing the flag on a wall, the highest position of honor is the upper left when displayed horizontally, and at the top (upper left) when displayed vertically.
When displayed on a "moving object" like a person or vehicle, the highest position of honor is the front, and not the rear; so the field of blue should be displayed to the front.
