I am 5'8 and weigh 180 Lbs. I have a 48" chest and 18 inch neck. I am a weight lifter and have trouble getting Jackets or shirts to fit Proper. The world wants me to be Taller to wear a Large. Usually the arms and length of torso are too long. In the Army I wore Extra Large Short jackets. In the civilian world Nothing ever fits me off the rack. This Jacket did. I was concerned that because it was light weight It would not support my Colt M 1911. But it does and the Jacket hangs normal even with the all the weight. I put the extra Magazines on the opposite side and it balances well. I am Looking forward to cooler weather and I don't have to wear a belt Holster.
I live in central Texas and I have the need for a light weight conceal carry jacket while I’m driving in my motor home. This jacket meets all of my requirements and looks very nice, the coyote color looks great and the fit and finish of this jacket are really nice as well. I normally order jackets that are large but I ordered the XL as I wanted to make sure that the jacket gave me freedom of movement while driving in the motor home, again I got it right and this jacket fits great.
I'm so glad I purchased this jacket. It's comfortable and not too heavy. I am 5'9 and weight about 200 lbs (of course it's all muscle lol) and the Large fits me perfect with just enough room to wear a hoodie underneath if I want. The black is that faded black color that gives it a worn in look.
To start with I live in Southern CA where the weather is fairly mild, on average jacket weather is upper 50's to low 70's. I've been a Goldilocks trying to find the right Nine Line jacket. The first one I bought was the Soft Shell CC Jacket (separate review). This is a real comfortable jacket, the only thing is it's a little too light weight for what I want. It is a little heavier than a heavy shirt. If that suits you then it's a great jacket!
I bought this jacket concerned that it might be to warm for Florida weather and I must say that this jacket is perfect for Florida weather. I'm a warm blooded person who gets hog quick and with the recommendation from one of the sales representative who answered my email question, her recommended type jacket was spot on. From a veteran to all the veterans thanks for what you do and have done. I always say that the armed forces of the United states is the real and only America's Team not that fake one in Texas.
