  • 10 Sandbag Deadlifts

  • 10 Sandbag Clean & Jerk (ground to overhead)

  • 10 Sandbag Bent Over Rows

  • 10 Sandbag Push Press

  • 10 Sandbag Front Squats

  • 400m Sandbag Carry (200m out / 200m back)
