Remembering Charlie Kirk: One Year Later

One year ago, on September 10, 2025, Charlie Kirk's life was tragically cut short in Utah.

For many, Charlie was a familiar public voice and a man unafraid to stand firmly behind his convictions. But beyond the public figure was something much more personal: a husband and a father whose family lost someone they loved.

In the days following his death, Nine Line wanted to find a meaningful way to honor his memory. Inspired by Matthew 5:10—“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven”—we created a special nonprofit design in Charlie's honor.

We pledged 100% of the profits from that design toward efforts to continue his legacy.

But what happened next was made possible by you.

Every person who purchased that shirt chose to turn remembrance into an act of giving. Together, those purchases allowed us to make a contribution in Charlie's memory and support the continuation of a legacy that meant so much to his family, friends, and countless people across the country.

One year later, we want to say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who purchased the design. Thank you to those who shared it with others. And thank you for giving us the opportunity to use something as simple as a T-shirt to make a meaningful contribution in someone's memory.

As we mark one year since Charlie's passing, we also want to carry that spirit of giving forward.

This year, Nine Line is releasing a new nonprofit design benefiting Samaritan's Purse, allowing us to continue honoring Charlie's legacy by raising funds in his memory for a cause that reflects values important to him: faith, service, and helping others in need.

Samaritan's Purse is a Christian humanitarian organization that provides physical and spiritual aid to people facing some of life's most difficult circumstances. For more than 50 years, the organization has responded to people affected by war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine around the world.

There is also a connection to service that resonates deeply with us at Nine Line.

Edward Graham, Chief Operating Officer of Samaritan's Purse, is a West Point graduate and Army veteran who served in the 75th Ranger Regiment. He is also the son of Franklin Graham and grandson of Billy Graham, carrying forward a family legacy of Christian ministry while bringing his own experience of military service to the organization's humanitarian mission.

It's a mission rooted in the story of the Good Samaritan and a simple call to help those in need.
